View customer wishlistsUpdated 6 days ago

Wysh now makes it easier for staff to view customer wishlist favourites directly in the app. Instead of asking customers to share their wishlist by email, you can go to the Wishlists page, find the customer, and open their wishlist to see the items they have saved.

This is useful when you want a quick view of what a customer is interested in so you can give better recommendations, prepare a quote, or support an assisted sale.

When to use this feature

  • When a customer wants recommendations based on products they already like

  • When you need to check saved items before suggesting sizes, colours, or similar products

  • When you are preparing a quote or helping build an order

  • When a customer is shopping in-store, by phone, or through customer service

How to view a customer’s wishlist

1. Open the Wishlists page - In the Wysh app, go to Wishlists. This page shows a list of customer wishlists that staff can browse.

2. Find the customer - Look through the list to find the customer whose wishlist you want to view.

3. Open the wishlist - Click the customer name to open that customer’s wishlist.

4. Review saved items - View the products saved in the wishlist and use them to guide your conversation, recommendations, quote, or assisted sale.

NOTE

You no longer need to ask customers to share their wishlist by email in order to view their saved items.

How staff can use wishlist favourites

A customer’s wishlist gives you a practical starting point for personalised service. The saved items show what the customer is interested in right now, which helps you respond with more relevant suggestions.

  • Recommend similar products to the items in the wishlist

  • Suggest matching colours, sizes, variants, or complementary items

  • Use saved products as a starting point for a quote

  • Help the customer compare options without asking them to find each item again

Tips

TIP

Use the wishlist before making recommendations so your suggestions stay close to what the customer has already shown interest in.

TIP

If the customer has several saved items, scan for patterns such as brand, style, price range, or product type to guide the conversation more quickly.

TIP

When helping a customer live in-store or over the phone, opening their wishlist can save time and reduce back-and-forth.
